FLIGHTS from Thangool to Brisbane look like they are here to stay.

Fly Corporate took over the airport service in February shortly after Qantas announced it would no longer be flying.

Fly Corporate sales manager Geoff Woodham said the flights had been well received over the past two months.

"We are progressively getting better with a range of different numbers,” he said.

"Friday's flight last week, which has a 30-seat capacity, only had a couple of seats left.”

There has been about 16 flights scheduled a week, with some days more popular than others.

"Some days are better than others, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are busy,” Mr Woodham said.

"While Tuesdays and Thursdays need some work.”

For Mr Woodham, Fly Corporate is about supporting small towns.

"We have begun some new sponsorship arrangements for around Biloela, including sponsoring the Callide Show and Justice Crew coming to town,” he said.

"We aren't a big airline. We do everything at the ground and make sure we provide everything people need.”

As numbers of customers increase on the flights, Mr Woodham assured Fly Corporate is here to stay.

"We are definitely staying. We are only just getting started,” he said.
